We are an intergenerational collective tending the in-between spaces where imagination, meaning, and solidarity take root.
Somewhere along the way, I guess we had an epiphany of sorts and asked each other: what if power and possibility could not be separated? What if the work of dreaming and imagination and speculation was always tied to the work of reshaping power?
The In-Between
We work in the spaces that often get overlooked, rushed, or paved over. The space between generations, where what was severed is waiting to be re-membered. The space between relationships, where trust has to be cultivated before solidarity can deepen. The space between what exists and what is longing to emerge.
The in-between is not empty space. It is where power is most fragile and where possibility can grow when tended care-fully.
Tending . . .
Our relationships with time, place, each other, and the ecologies that make us whole have been distorted. Within this rupture, many of us have lost touch with what grows between us. The practice of tending requires us to nurture the space where time and place collide, where rhythms emerge from different landscapes, where memory bends the clock, and where new worlds become possible. Rather than treating time and place as static, we approach them as living relationships that can be cared for, felt, and re-rooted.
